July 11th - July 17th
Monday July 12, 2004 Tel Aviv
So Well today was very relaxing! Ariane and I went to the beach for
a couple of hours in the morning! Then Caroline joined us and we
relaxed back at the apartment. The girls went off to the beach
again at around 3pm and I went to my usual coffee haunt for a quick
cup and catch up with some freinds who I did not see the whole
week! THen off to Hod Hasharon to have dinner with Zivit and Dani
again before coming back here to hang with the girls and my friend
Amir (who taught us a dumb card game!) But we laughed lots
before Amir left and we went to bed to get at least a decent night
sleep before Karmiel! :o) I am not sure if I will have internet
access there, but will dutifully write down all my adventures and
post them as soon as I can! Till then, happy dancing! :o)
Sunday July 11, 2004 Tel Aviv
So I got some sleep last night and after getting up and just
lounging I went to find my friend Ariane Butel (from France) in
Ramat Gan and it only took me and hour and a half to find the little
street! We then came back to the apartment, had lunch and just
caught up with each others' lives. It's always nice to see friends
from far away and especially outside of dancing when you actually
have time to talk!
At night we went dancing at Beit Dani with the Barzilays. As always
it was tons of fun...and there were tons of people from all over the
world. Aside from Ariane, Caroline, Benny Assouline, Anne, &
Valerie came from France, Roberto Heddon & Kate from London,
Ilana V. & Rita from New York, Gaby & Sandra from Brazil, Israel &
Tzvika from Philadelphia, Edy Greenblatt, William & Iris from Los
Angeles, and probably others that I have forgotten! I have a great
picture of Roberto! Afterwards, once again back to Mishael's
house for drinks and watermelon (Dudu is the designated cutter!)
Odelia joined us for a bit and we stayed rather late talking with
them!) Got home at 4am and dropped into bed! :o)
